Understanding: DaiViet was losing their sales target due to COVID-19 and looking for an explosive promotional campaign to draw back customer buying.
The strategy: Via partnership with Mega1, DaiViet issued massive prizes (38 billions in prizes and cash) for customer when buying their electronic home appliances.
Implementation: From June 2020 to August 2020, when customer buying DaiViet product they can use Mega1 app to scan the product barcode to attend the lucky draw. The chances to win is guaranteed 100% (prizes vary from 100k in cash to a 700 millions car)
End-result: Reached the sale growth of 400 billions within 3 months
